Blood Throne is a blackened metal phenomenon hailing from New York City. Featuring members of various noteworthy bands, the lineup consists of Tim Goergen (Within the Ruins) on vocals, Josh Gomez (The Machinist) on guitar, James Knoerl (Aviations, Gargoyl) on drums, Mike Beaujean (Within the Ruins, Burning Tongue) on guitar, and Marc Sergenian (Burning Tongue) on bass.
The bands music is mainly centered around modern black metal while incorporating styles from the entire metal/hardcore spectrum whilst putting their stamp on it all with infamous NYC slam and attitude. Impeccable musicianship coupled with brutal, but catchy vocals are what truly sets them apart from other bands in the metal genre.
